How can we provide feedback or suggestions for platform improvements?
Ways to Submit Feedback or Suggestions
1. In-App Feedback / Support
-
Many POGO instances have a “Help” or “Feedback” button in the admin or teacher interface.
Click it and you can often:
- Report a bug or issue.
- Suggest a new feature.
- This usually goes directly to POGO’s support team.
2. Email POGO Support
-
Use the official support email: help@pogoprogress.co.uk
Include:
- Your school name
- Your role
- Description of the issue or suggestion
- Screenshots if relevant
- Steps to reproduce (for bugs)
3. Contact Your POGO Account Manager
- Your school has a dedicated account manager, they are your direct link to the development/product team.
- They often log suggestions.
- Useful for strategic suggestions or requests that may require product changes.
4. Structured Feedback
When giving feedback, make it actionable:
- Feature requests: explain the desired outcome, how it would help your school, and any urgency.
- Bug reports: include step-by-step instructions, expected vs actual behaviour, browser/device used, and screenshots.
- Prioritisation: indicate if it’s critical, nice-to-have, or informational.
