How do we assign roles and permissions to different users?

Roles include:

Support Teacher – Cannot post EYFS moments without approval

Teacher – Full permissions (KS1 and above)

Administrator – Can manage users, configure reports, release targets, set attendance schedules, send broadcasts/newsletters, and manage parent meetings
